If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far,
go together.

Welcome to the Village of Champions!

Village Paths
In every village, the paths are not straight lines—they are well-worn circles. They lead us back to each other. Choose the path that calls you now. You are always welcome to return, begin again, or walk another.
As a Champion of relational practices, you know that connection and challenge are not opposites—they are companions. Together, they create the conditions for transformation, shaping communities rooted in shared values, mutual care, and collective responsibility.
The Village Paths were created with your unique role in mind. Wherever you and your community are on the journey, you’ll find guidance, resources, and support to walk with intention—and as part of a community of Champions.

The Inner Path
This path honors your personal journey. Here, you walk inward to deepen your self-awareness, strengthen your practices, and reconnect with the values that make you whole. Like the village elder says, “The one who knows themselves holds the wisdom of the ancestors.” This is your time to grow, reflect, and rise.

Guiding the Circle
This path is for those who lead in classrooms, community spaces, and courageous conversations. As a Champion, you don’t walk ahead—you walk with. Here, you’ll find guidance, practices, and tools to lead in ways that build trust, restore connection, and light the way for others. Leadership here is service, mutual accountability, and transformative growth.

The Gathering Space
This is the collective ground where the vision lives. For district and school leaders, this space is about alignment, stewardship, and sustaining a restorative village across many hands. Here, we move beyond silos to shared wisdom and systems that nourish all. Like the Adinkra symbol Eban (fence), this space symbolizes safety and collective care.
This work calls you to reimagine and reclaim what it means to be in community: respecting its boundaries, unlocking its vast potential, and celebrating the growth that comes from genuine connection.
At its core, restorative practice is about embracing relational accountability as the foundation of communal well-being in the spaces we share. Together, we are redefining what it means to build and sustain community—one relationship at a time.
Championing the Village: What Does It Really Mean?
In every village, there are those who lead not by force, but by example—those who protect, uplift, listen, and guide. In the Village of Champions, being a Champion isn’t about status—it’s about responsibility, courage, and community.
Before you explore what others have said in the videos below, take a moment to reflect: What does being a Champion mean to you—in your school, in your circle, in our village?
